 As the Founder and Creative Director, Allen R. Adon Jr. is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of Striking Communications. He brings over 10 years of government service, and over 15 years of visual communication consulting experience. Allen has been instrumental in helping clients communicate visually, and in implementing program improvements across a variety of challenging environments. Having served as both a consultant and as a senior multi-media specialist in government, Allen understands the challenges businesses confront when trying to communicate visually. Core to his leadership experience are, performance management, project management, and marketing communications. He also draws upon expertise in acquisition management, and culture shift leadership to assist clients.
